Leather Filler | Viper XR-11 Filler | 30 ml

Viper XR-11 is a durable and flexible leather filler suitable for repairing cracks, crevices, and crazing in leather restoration.

The leather filler is ideal for repairing leather damage such as cracks and crevices.

Viper XR-11 air dries on its own, but drying time can be accelerated using a hairdryer.

Here's how to use it:

1. Ensure the area you want to fill is thoroughly cleaned, prepped, and completely dry.
2. Sand the area you intend to fill with sandpaper, preferably with a grit of 280-500.
3. Use a palette knife to apply a thin layer of XR-11 leather filler to the damaged area. Dry with a hairdryer for about 5 minutes.
4. As the leather filler dries, it may shrink slightly, so additional layers of filler are often needed. Intermediate sand the fill with sandpaper 1000-1200 before applying the next layer of filler. Dry with a hairdryer.
5. Color the leather repair with PolyCryl Leather & Vinyl Paint.
